Happy Yoga
School days can be long for young children and the transition from the structure of the classroom to after school or home can be challenging. Help your child transition from the classroom to after school and home with Happy Yoga class. In this fun and playful class children will learn how to focus through breathing and relaxation techniques, develop strong healthy bodies with developmentally appropriate poses, build social skills with partner and group poses. Engaging stories, imagination exercises and meditation help children learn to recognize and channel their energy.
